I've rented an Airbnb in this building earlier in the year and was not impressed with the building at all. While the location was convenient, the construction was very cheap, the lobby was chaotic, there were also a ton of students. It felt like a dorm...

Does anyone know what's the story with the 555 King W building? Seems pretty neglected...

Is it though? Considering the lot by 445 Adelaide W is smaller but is moving along for the construction of Hudson Hotel... Would there be a possibility for an assembly with 555 King W? I can't imagine 543 joining as it's renovated etc.
