No I meant 2023 but the timelines were pushed back. I believe first we floors of occupancy are happening this month. For sure in Q1 2024.

My naively optimistic self thinks the Dec 2024 leak is so that when verster announces a spring 2024 opening date it will look like Christmas came early. I don’t know, but I agree with the poster above. This thing looks close to done
