I still not getting the first electrical bill yet. I know some unit already had the first bill . Does anyone still not getting the first bill yet?

It is not the AC problem . The furnace FAN not kick on . No air blowing out from the vents.

Is anyone have any heating and cooling system problems? So far my unit I dint feeling any air blow out from the vents.the thermostat fan is on. May be it running so quiet.

My unit ceiling have some cracks and the builder came in inspected and said safe and normal. Is anyone have same issue? And any suggestions or how to fix it is the builder not patch up the cracks?

Yes. I turn on the cold and hot valve under the bathroom. And let the water run for few minutes. Still not hot.

I got the keys on the occupancy day. I tune on the hot water . But not hot . Is there any switch in the unit to adjust?Any one know?
