Not the greatest of news. my buddy who is working on the site says the foremen are 2 months behind schdule right now. They are however working hard to get back on schedule.

spoke to a buddy of mine who's actually working on our condo ( phase 1 ) and says they are doing the phase 1 & 2 parking at the same time and at this pace we should see phase one done for Sept 2012

They seem to be moving at a quick pace now, sorta with a sense of urgency. I guess because they have no choice but to meet the new deadline.

Finally got that long awaited letter! Basically the letter says excavations have started shoring has started too and work on the parking structure is starting very soon. As of the occupancy date its been bumped up slightly to September 15 2012. So good news that we're finally getting some...

i was at the site yesterday and didn't see anyone working there. has there been any new developments? and also i notices that there is a cinderblock wall along the dig site, is that new or has that always been there?

Well finally some good news. what im thinking now is that since they already pushed back the occupancy date once before ( from Sept 2011 to Dec 2011) and now to Dec 2012, and now that im hearing that by tarrion laws that they can only push it back twice before they have to give our deposit back...

Why do i feel ive heard those words before lol. what exactly were they doing?

So what i wanna kno now is that since fuse needs to be done by 2014, they should get started on phase 1 soon and have it completed quick, since to build a condo like phase 3 is gonna take a couple of years to build, may just be wishful thinking but its only makes sense unless they wanna take on...

They put the new sign for fuse condos up. grand opening should be any day now, hopefully construction will be too

so basically a year and a half for occupancy from once it starts construction. lets just hope we actually get some communication this time around cuz if not we defiantly need to let the developer hear it
