Does anyone know when registration will be happening?

Hi, I'm considering purchasing a resale unit at JCM. No one has written on this thread in a while but I was wondering whether purchasers are happy with the building? Any issues they have come across, etc.... Thanks!

I got my keys at the end of May 2010...so 1 year and 1 month for me @ 569 King East.

They definitely didn't include that in the condo brochure ;-) Guess I'll wait for the spider's then....

Does anyone else living at 569 King have a problem with gnat/midge flies on their balcony? My balcony seems to be infested with them. I don't even have any plants or anything that would be attracting them :S

Does anyone know how long they stay around or how to get rid of them? I have them all over the ceiling, the screen door and windows outside on my balcony. I've tried spraying the screen door with RAID and they seem to staying off it now, but the buggers are all over the place and I can't even...

I noted the same thing with my concrete floors at 569 King. I thought at first it was paint that had accidentally gotten on the floors along the edges and then buffed in - resulting in an uneven finish/appearance. I noted this on my 30-day form as well but have yet to hear anything back either...

Here's the floorplan for my unit. It's 494 sq.ft. and while it's on the small side, I personally think it's well laid out - and different from the long and narrow Jr. 1 Bedrooms that everyone seems to be building. I'd love to hear everyones thoughts...
