Interesting: according to the ONE Properties site, a “a 25,100 sq. ft. Farm Boy grocery store on the second floor”. Not sure that’s remotely redeeming for the nosedive in design... but it’s something.

Same sentiment (minus the suburban lifestyle...) - Amazing people, neighbourhood organizations, community vibe. - Multiple, sizeable green spaces. - Best-in-city amenities (the obvious pool, rink, athletic grounds...); - Access to 504/501/505/506 streetcar all within a short walk + bike lane...

Referenced this last month. Broadening the potential floorplate to office space it looks like. Brochure shows what seems to be now a rather outdated take on "open office" space. Let's see if that pans out.
