Shot taken yesterday as they prepared for the crane installation today as noted by Kahlua.

The ones being built by Remington in DT markham have wood construction as well.

They're four levels down now and it looks like they're planning on installing the first crane in the middle of November. This is according to the newsletter I recieved yesterday. Finally, they're about ready to pour the foundation!

Might wanna check to see if you have insulation on the exterior walls of this building. Saw an audit done on another Norstar Development and it was missing insulation, plus you can practically hear a pin drop in the unit next door.

All the mechanical units in there won't make the space too comfortable to be in (noise and heat).

Looks like they're bumping up the stories from 39 to 42 (additional 36 units for a total of 476). They'll be 'inserting' the extra three stories above the 34th floor and everything above 35th floor will be bumped up. I'm guessing they did this so people who bought 39th floor will keep their...

If the pic Solaris posted of the lobby entrance is the main entrance than it's pretty weak. I guess no sunbathing on the balconies either :P
