    Toronto Couture The Condominium | ?m | 42s | Philmor | Graziani + Corazza

I wouldn't hold my breath. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the "sky" reflecting on the glass. I'm more interested to see how the core and main level is going to turn out.

Thanks for the consistent updates! I can't wait to start seeing the "H" portion rise! I'm also holding my breath hoping the podium will look something like the following picture which they've posted on their website.

I walked by the site Saturday night and noticed the electrical conduits in the form. It looks very sloppy and branches out like a spider web from the JB instead of running parallel to building lines which is what I'd like to see. Not sure how this will affect future garage slab maintenance...

Not generous enough...I couldn't purchase one even with their 'guaranteed' parking space for suites 600sqft and above.

Is the standard backsplash that mirror they've shown in the picture for the first link?? Is that style "in" again? The last time I saw one was in one of my rental which was built back in the 70's....

Taken on April 1st. 1.) More concrete was poured on the south side of what will be P4. Crew of 2 power troweling the new slab. 2.) Where I believe would be the future elevator lobby in the parking area. 3.) General pictures. Sorry, too lazy to make this a panoramic.

Hey guys, anyone can provide a picture of the interior? I'm interested to see how their workmanship is like and I think this project's been starved of new updated pictures as of late :P

    Toronto Lago at the Waterfront | 162.15m | 50s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

I wonder how tall the building just east of it between the lake will be. From the rendering it almost look like the building will be right by the waterfront separated only by a park or something.

Thanks for keeping up with the construction shots. You should compile this and give/sell it to the condo board when it's all done. I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

The towers are amazing while the podium really throws it off. It seems like such an afterthought. If they put so much money into this structure, they might as well designed a more curvy podium to suit.

Censorship? Good thing previous posts mango posted were saved via quotes on other people's post! If you go back and look at the supposedly horrible experience Mango had, it's a shocker he would've written all that praise to Norstar!

Probably they don't want people walking over what is most likely a $10000 rug :P

Could the blandness be caused by the fact that no one moved in yet???
