Negative publicity seems to be their their biggest weak point as the business are built on reputation and it seems to be our only option currently. Hopefully with the negative reviews, they will start focusing on this project. 🤞

I emailed a while back, didn't get a response. I'm emailing Joanna again and I agree, with everyone emailing them, it will definitely make a impact and if in case we have to sue them for not completing the project or the delays, atleast we have proof of the emails to say we tried to get updates.

Vandyk knows buyers won't be cancelling their investment now as the prices went up so they aren't in no rush. Let's see what their next update says. No point in checking the site for another year or so. Didn't really much difference from 2022 to now.
