I agree with most of what you've said, but here you're just plain wrong. Our waterfront is vibrant and full of life, from Bay to Bathurst at least. There is plenty of public space between the "wall of condos" and the water, and it is well used by residents and visitors alike. Go fight the crowds...

Last time I checked the ferry docks were located at the foot of Bay street, not part of Habourfront Centre. Ferry traffic would not be included. 12 million might seem a little high, but go down there at this time of year. There's always lots of people, and when they have their various festivals...
