I think the building looks alright. It doesn't have that "wow" factor i've seen with projects elsewhere around the city but they can't all be like that i guess.

@Lyphe Agreed! why would you want this or any project to go sideways if it's legitimately going to add to the city? never understood the negativity.

@Pepe123 the building itself is beautiful. i have walked past it several times before the coronavirus hit. hope the issues inside get resolved

@TheKingEast agreed. not everyone needs a huge space and i think the demand for smaller condo units is still high, regardless of price point.

Cresford built the Casa1-3 and Vox Condos so this building is bound to be similar in stature. Glad to see Yonge Street is being cleaned up
