Thanks, Schnoober :) I added a few upgrades to the kitchen. Upgrades include the granite counter top, glass backsplash, "sushi bar" (the white cabinets fronting the island) and a taller/larger fridge. For the bathroom, all the finishes chosen were standard. Have you had your PDI yet...

Very true! In my condo the window cleaners have to go through the penthouse units and mount all their equipment (e.g. cleaning platforms, etc.) on the PH terraces in order to clean all the floors below!

The crane is being dismantled today!

Did any other owners receive their 'final tentative' occupancy letter?

I've been watching construction every day from my office window and it doesn't appear that the crane is being dismantled yet. I'll try to post more photos shortly!

My office was on the 3rd floor of this building. We had to get out just a few months ago due to the demolition. It's sad that such a beautiful space was destroyed to make way for this condo development..

I can't wait! I'm also nervous/excited to see how the finishes we chose look... I'm assuming that the pre-inspection will be 2-3 months before occupancy?

Hi everyone, We just received a letter from Great Gulf with a new "final tentative occupancy date". Have any other owners here received theirs? Since we're located in the podium, the date is scheduled for around November. I wonder how likely, or firm, this new date is?

lol.. nope. Passed by earlier today and the arch has been demolished as well! :(
