I have not heard of any delays for my particular unit on the 10th floor. I am still scheduled to move in on September 28th unless my notice has not been sent out yet. Perhaps the higher floors have been delayed only at this point. The last time I was in the building (1st week of July) floors 3-5...

I have seen the appliances in the units - nothing to write home about....standard, bulky, kind of ugly - which makes me wonder why they chose to include the Armana brand as standard finishes...kind of motivating me to rip them all out and sell them on Kijiji and buy some decent stuff once I move in.

I wouldnt consider it sneaking in....just being adventurous!! And it was the same case with me...original move in date was Sep 30 - now its Sep 1 for the 10th floor.

I was actually down there as well yesterday and completely agree. I would have never expected the landscaping to look so great. I can only imagine once it is all complete. An update from the inside of NXT - all the units on floors 3 & 4 are locked up with no access unless you have a key. What...

To reiterate my point above - none of the units South of the Turchino will have a view of the CN Tower unless you are above the 18th floor. This includes the furthest South unit - Grigio, which also has the CN Tower/Skyline obstructed by the Park Lake Condos.

Last time I was there (10 days ago) all of the unit pricing has increased by at least 15% since September 2009 based on dwindeling inventory. I believe the 6th floor Rosso Bordeaux unit with parking is selling for $330,000 - I paid my 10th floor unit with parking $291,000 in September.

Last notice I recieved was in April and had me slated for a September 1st occupancy (10th floor).

As I mentioned in a previous post unless you are purchasing a unit above the 18th floor - the only east facing views that have a view of the CN Tower/Skyline would be the Ochre, Rosso Bordeaux and Turchino. All other units south of the Turchino and below floor 18 have the two Park lake buildings...

I was at the sales office this weekend and it seems that prices have recently shot up in the wake of dwindelling supplies left at NXT For example, the unit I purchased in September 2009 is now being sold for 13% more than my purchase price. Great news for all NXT owners, as I assume this...

I would really disregard everything from the above post... Power lines are not a health concern...drive up throught the suburbs around the GTA and talk to the hundreds of thousands of residents that have these up in their backyards. With regards to the location....seems like someone needs to...

I was given September 1st and I'm on the 10th floor.... So lets see here, 9 floors in about 5 weeks (less a day) - about 2 floors per week.

Is it just me or do the renderings look more like a steel structure should be up there rather than that horrible concrete slab they have propped up on the actual building?

January 2011? Do you know of any pending delays or is this just an approximation from past experiences.... I also find it hard to believe thay can begin occupying in September after touring the site last week - although I have visited new condos where more than half the building had been...

My personal opinion would be to go with the Rosa - although it is smaller (5 sq/ft) it is further away from the Gardiner/Train Tracks....when I purchased my unit, that was a big deal for me...I did not want to be sitting right ontop of the hwy/tracks. However, both seem to be the exact same...

I would be shocked if the popped the hole after it was already up on the building...seems like something that should have been done at ground level..... but who knows...another thing i was speculating is that the structure that is currently at the top is only acting as a mold (or placeholder)...

Here is the view of the Skyline/CN Tower, Lake Ontario and High Park from the 10th floor unit Rosso Bordeaux...enjoy (again I apologize for the poor quality photo's that my blackberry produces). When I was there, it felt like the CN Tower was right on top of you! Fantastic!

Not sure if anyone else is interested (or received the same letter from Cresford) but according to this note I got in the mail construction is moving ahead of schedule and they have moved the occupancy date from September 30th to September 1st 2010 for NXT...this is quite surprising - a builder...

That I do not know - I purchased my unit on September 2nd 2009. Since then, they have been sticking to September 30th 2010 - although last summer I remember seeing a banner that said "Move in Spring 2010" which has now been changed too "Move in Summer 2010" and will likely need to be updated...
