    I don`t think it depends if there is one or two condo boards.The only way to have separate registrations for each building is having different addresses, one for the King building and another one for the Bathurst building. I am not sure if they can get an address for the Bathurst building...

    for $607 psf the finishes look horrible, so cheap and they did not do a good job with the exposed concrete, it looks ugly. the kitchen looks so cheap, just have a look to the standard finishes of your neighbour Victory, which is an older buinding and let me know which one looks better
