I don`t think it depends if there is one or two condo boards.The only way to have separate registrations for each building is having different addresses, one for the King building and another one for the Bathurst building. I am not sure if they can get an address for the Bathurst building...

for $607 psf the finishes look horrible, so cheap and they did not do a good job with the exposed concrete, it looks ugly. the kitchen looks so cheap, just have a look to the standard finishes of your neighbour Victory, which is an older buinding and let me know which one looks better

I am not sure why they send those letters, what's the point on sending a letter with a occupancy date that we all know, including the builder, that is not going to happen. more realistic August-September 2013

yes and they say they are on schedule for first occupancy on May 14th. not sure if that's going to happen

the landscape for the terraces is still pending on the King building and that is going to add a lot of life to that building

Why you do not wait until the project is finished? a lot of things still pending to complete, let them work and we will see the final product.

Phase 2 does not mean a second building in this case. There will not be a second building. BL just purchased another piece of property and will increase the size of the actual building, same design, more units. it will be marketed as phase 2 but in reality it is the same building we already saw...
