From my understanding sprinklers are required when there is not a balcony in the unit. Sprinklers are not necessary when you have a balcony

Why would you like a walkway on the Scott Lane when that is the back of all the bars,restaurants and buildings that are on The Esplanade? and the smell is horrible (garbage/kitchens). I would not like to have a walk over there

As per the renderings the entire west side of the building was supposed to have a lighter cladding, however the last pic from SkyJacked shows black windows on the west side, at least until the 5th floor. are they planning to install black windows to all the floors on the west side?
