I am really impressed on how fast this project was completed. They released this project on May 15th 2010, it was sold out in less than 6 months and it got registered on Sept 17th 2013, that's 3 years and 4 months in total.

I do not understand either but I just got that confirmation from the lawyers.

Final closing October 28th, only 2 weeks after occupancy. How did Concert manage to get this building registered so fast without even starting occupancy? I am really surprised.

I will make sure it will be working :D I think PDI's start on the 23rd for the 2nd floor, I am on the 3rd floor. I am not sure if we have someone in this forum on the 2nd floor

What is not in the agreement but it was on the marketing material is the appliances' brand. I remember all the sales reps assured that was going to be the standard brand, for example the fridge is supposed to be Liebherr, which is a very high end brand and AEG for cook top, wall oven and dishwasher

What do you guys think about these units at the Carlaw (Dundas&Carlaw)? 975 sqft with parking and locker for $479k. 10ft ceilings on 1st level and 9ft on second level. They call then Urban towns - townhouses. This model 975 sq ft is actually on the 3rd and 4rd floor...

Technically they are obligated to provide 90-day notice in advance to any change to the firm occupancy date, unless there is an unavoidable delay such as a strike, fire, act of God, etc. My firm occupancy date is Oct 10 which is less than 90 days from now so they cannot modify this date unless...
