More green space! Living downtown Toronto for the last 4 years (moved from Vancouver) and it's a refreshing feeling when I can walk around and see some things other than concrete buildings and sidewalks.

Went to 'The Queen & the Beaver' on Elm street... their fries are pretty darn good and the burger wasn't bad either. Very cool old school British futball vibe too, definitely going back soon.

I used to live in West Vancouver and we recently sold our house. Our agent was known for dealing with Asian clients (she was Asian and one of the top agents in the area) and she said that 90% of the recent buyers were from Mainland China and some would come for a week and pay for houses in cash.

I wonder where you went to school? Obviously there will be the 'limousine liberals' and whatever, but that's because it is located centrally in arguably the capital of the World.. but to generalize it like that is pretty dumb. NYU has some of the best programs in the US.

I like the slim cut for most thing these days, but I get what you are refering to with the Pee-wee Herman reference. I think slim is good, but the new style of getting your suit pants shortened where it shows your socks is just dumb to me..

I feel the new buyers are actually doing pretty well. Bringing in brands like Surface 2 Air, Klaxon Howl & Opening ceremony. Definitely getting more fashion forward and young.
