The Met + Encore at The Met (Edilcan, 43 + 33s, P+S) COMPLETE

The curving balconies are quite interesting. Though I must say, the layout for the units make it difficult to place furniture. That's always a challenge with curve/round layouts

1 Bloor East, DEAD AND BURIED (Bazis, -2s, Varacalli)

Given the "pominence" of the 1 BE & Aura sites, these buildings are indeed pretty mediochre. However, the buildings per se are not bad. They should be relocated. The one spot I have high hopes for a stunning supertall is the lot to the east of the ACC.

Sorry Louroz, I guess you beat me to the punch. I just posted the article you posted here in the Construction forum under the Corus thread. Anyhow, i read somewhere that Sheldon Levy of Ryerson was interviewed and he said Ryerson was not planning on being on the waterfront as they have many...

Heintzman Place (formerly Village By High Park, Junction, Options, 23s, Burka)

    Toronto Casa | 147.52m | 46s | Cresford | a—A

This is moving along nicely. Trust me, I bought in Murano, I've waited since 2005 and I still have to wait. But once it hits ground and the tower goes up, you'll be jumping for joy. I did, I"m now on 9th floor joy and rising

    Toronto Murano | ?m | 45s | Lanterra | a—A

I read in the City Planner's report on this and they too were surprised by the small floorplates for this project, it would produce really slim and slender towers.

    Toronto Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condos | ?m | 32s | Cresford | Northgrave

The additional height is quite hideous. It's like the architects were inspired by putting some lego blocks on top of the original building

    Toronto Backstage On The Esplanade | 116.73m | 36s | Cityzen | P + S / IBI

would this mean future residents of L-Tower will lose their South view? ouch!

Verve Condos (Tridel) - Real Estate -

That white strip of concrete blends in quite well with those apartment buildings. However it doesn't make this project look very appealing. Slightly disappointed with this one
