Who says 100% of pre-construction condos are being purchased by foreign investors? I think not! I've bought 2 pre-con condos in the last 10 years and I'm home grown baby :p. People are forgetting that there are over 6 million people living in the GTA, and a lot of them need a place to live too...

No, that's the dining room....i have some good pics of the bedrooms and the living room but the size of the files are too big. I'm trying to crop them but it doesn't seem to be working....grrrrr.

I was told that one of the spaces was going to be a coffee shop...not a Starbucks, but something more authentic in keeping with the Southbeach theme. Not sure what that could be though?
