I've been living in M1 for 2 months and have yet to receive anything from Toronto Hydro. I'm guessing around $50 per month is probably reasonable, really depends on if you use energy efficient lights, keep your electronics off when you don't need them on and if you do laundry, dishes, etc...

Same here. Ya AC has been broken for me since last night. Don't really need to use it anymore though considering the temperature outside. Just open the windows for a bit and the place cools off real fast.

There should be a setting on your reouter to hide it from broadcasting so that you can onloy connect if you know what it is called.

no joke I wish everyone was as considerate as you. My neighbours are really loud, they blast their music and often scream for no apperent reason, and often late at night too during the week.

Had lots of problems with the AC for the first couple of weeks but now eveything is working great and never had any banging or knocking noises.

Just got two of these myself. Came last week. They do a really great job and the filters can last up to 5 years.
