They all would. Condos are pretty small in general, so even if a bedroom is towards the back, without a window, a ton of natural light comes in anyways with all th floor to ceiling windows that would be in the kitchen/living area. My current den is at the back of my unit away from the windows...

dt, i think Couture could protrude out further than shown in the photo. The hole being dug for Couture now goes close to the end of the podium on X. Some of that will just be underground parking, but i suspect that Couture will sit out further West than is shown in the mock up.

Anybody know what the West view is like from X? Can you see the CN tower, say from the 20th floor or so? Can you see the downtown central business district? College park? etc.

Yes....absolutely it will!!! Looks gorgeous. At the CASA pool this past weekend, on the Sunday, the pool was absolutely packed. Must have been 40 people or so. Lots of buzz in the atmosphere. Lots of residents invite friends over as well so you can get a different mix from day to day...

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. The formula is: More condos=more revenues=more spending=HIGHER deficits!!! Doesn't make any sense, but that is the nature of government.

No...it was after. I bought on opening weekend at FIVE, which was May 24th. 1 bloor had been up and selling for a couple months or so before that. They have started construction at FIVE within 1 year of the opening of the sales office, which is what you like to see. I bet 1 Bloor drags on...

For me a bedroom needs a closet and a door. The window isn't critical because some condos have the bedroom (s) at the back of the unit away from the windows. Also, should be some reasonable size...the 7 meter minimum mentioned earlier sounds about right but that would be on the small size.

Abi...yes it is very comfortable! Perfect for kicking back at the end of the week and having a beer and cigar. I'm not a metals expert by any means, but believe they are steel of some sorts (iron??) as they are reasonably heavy. The frame is definately very durable and seems like it would last...

It's amazing how big that hole is given it is a rather ordinary sized 40ish story tower. Must be a very generous allotment of parking for this building.
