any updates on this development?

i'm interested if anyone bought in this development as well. i "registered", but never heard back from anyone. maybe i'll go in this weekend...anyone know their hours?

i too am interested in this development. i've sent an email to get more information, but if someone who's bought and has information to share (price, layout, etc), please send a PM.

i drove by today, and noticed the windows on the south side have been boarded up from the inside.

i ask because... 1. it's been empty for a couple years 2. i've seen workers inside 3. yellow, white, blue pages pile up near the front of the building i've never seen any information or signage around the area (or even residents coming in/out). it always seemed odd that no one lives...

does anyone know what is going on with this building? i found meeting minutes from the city of toronto with regards to the tenants fighting eviction, but i can't find anything else. maybe i need to learn to use 'the google' for effectively.

price... does anyone know the price of these? not the smaller units, but maybe the 700 sqft? i'm looking for something in/around 300K. i like the area and the builidng too, but, i'm not sure if this development is worth the trouble...i also wouldn't want to not feel welcomed in the...
