Given the status of construction do you think September is reasonable? Lets assume 6 weeks to top out (aggressive given that the weather could go either way) and then 4 months to complete all that is required to deliver occupancy...seems really aggressive.

IMO the neighborhood is just going to get better. Much of the revitalization and gentrification will be catalyzed by the West Don Lands redevelopment and 2015 Pam AM Games Athlete's Village (within WDL) that will be built steps from the Corktown District buildings. With respect to the method...
