^ Thankfully these are townhouses: two-storey units with direct access to the above-grade parking structure built behind these. There will be a restaurant and/or retail in the King Street building to the north. Hope that helps :)

Ya, I guess it's kind of odd to show it that way with brick vs. the clear plastic block at the north east corner...but I'm guessing that an 18 storey building will be at that location. Maybe they are showing towns/live works here...and a building will be above them.

Was in the sales centre over the weekend and they said that Lumen was just put on hold for some tweaking...but it will be relaunched in a few months. Certainly not cancelled. The timing was just a bit premature...by a year. While I like the way that Quartz and Spectra are positioned, I'm...
