    Toronto River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

Yes, fingers crossed by this Summer...at least completion of the "wet side" presently east of the "dry side" of Don River Park (which is completed but not open to the public yet). These are Waterfront Toronto's dates not mine. However, this part behind River City, I suspect may remain a bit...

    Toronto River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

    Toronto Art Condos | ?m | 11s | Triangle West | Oleson Worland

A gem in West Queen West...and turned out much better than the renderings :D The back, north facing wall with...Art! I didn't see the "ART" right away when I first came around the corner...as my eye read the "business" part first. Then I stood back to take the pic and there it was haha...

    Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Okay THAT made me laugh. This project is one of the most successful sales launches in recent memory and is 90% sold...and yet people think it won't be built because of negative media articles about an impending condo collapse/end of all things scenario?? I read those same Globe/Star/Sun...
