That's the part of the FPL: Flood Protection Landform This is an "amoured wall" of boulders...and part of Don River Park. And yes, it will be covered with soil and prairie plantings: grasses and wildflowers. Should look a lot different this Summer.

The orange brick is a great choice with the white windows. Even though I love black and white buildings for my own personal use, I think this little stretch of Dundas with Paintbox, Daniel's Spectrum, One Park Place is a refreshing use of colour in the City. These buildings are very welcoming...

A gem in West Queen West...and turned out much better than the renderings :D The back, north facing wall with...Art! I didn't see the "ART" right away when I first came around the corner...as my eye read the "business" part first. Then I stood back to take the pic and there it was haha...

Okay THAT made me laugh. This project is one of the most successful sales launches in recent memory and is 90% sold...and yet people think it won't be built because of negative media articles about an impending condo collapse/end of all things scenario?? I read those same Globe/Star/Sun...
