Welcome, AR. The library will be great. I noticed the wood ceiling being installed Friday when I took the pic above. I'm pretty excited about this corner that will really open up Cityplace once Fort York Blvd is finally completed.

The Delta is looking fantastic from the Gardiner. With it being open and airy at this location, its really going to stand out and perhaps trump the other newly built hotels.

+1 And just to think that there was a crackhouse immediately south of this project (where they park their trucks during construction) that finally got condemned and demo'd. Was hoping Fieldgate would build more of the same towns on the site...and maybe they plan on doing this, I'm not sure of...
