    Thanks. I found a phone photo from Oct. 24/12. The tunnel is already bored and the liner in the photo has been locked and sealed around the outside with high strength grout. It crosses under the Esplanade into the B2 level of the L Tower.

    It is my understanding that the crane is necessary to finish exterior work at the top, as in cladding. That work is roughly 20 floors below the top so there wouldn’t be any rush. I don’t ask why (there’s nowhere else I’d rather work right now) and nobody volunteers information so I don’t know...

    Nice roll today sMT! They must be at the top of this building or the would have climbed the crane already. It's not comfortable having the hook block and wall forms in your face all day.
