My suggestion would be to buy something within 20 minutes walking distance of your workplace. No metropass save $100/month - that $100/month would pay for approx $17,000 mortgage, 5%, 25 yr am. Essentially, allowing you to buy a more expensive property without really giving anything up...

the status cert contains information YOU THE PURCHASER really needs to know .. such as, does the condo require repairs that you are not aware of, say for a few million bucks .. and may end up costing each unit owner a few thousand bucks .... or perhaps the condo is being sued, and again, costs...

hi all, after seriously considering the Rezen project down king east, i've purchased a unit in Spire. just wanted to say hi :)

Anyone have thoughts on the building across from Spire, 50 Lombard? I believe it's called the Indigo? A friend of a friend purchased in that building so I wanted to find out more info. Not much is available... looks great on the exterior

i should add though, the street scene on king east was gorgeous, i was getting very excited on my drive to the sales centre. not to mention, the Rezen building itself it quite beautiful and fits in very nicely :)

went by there this weekend.. there were a few units left. unfortunately the unit that i was interested in, had a south view facing a warehouse of some sort. barely any sunlight would enter the unit from the only source (balcony/living room window) ... and the finishings were already chosen...
