The builder recently announced extra floors have NOT been approved, so wouldn't say you're right... I assume you're referring to the resident's gym on the 4th floor?

That's my guess as well... I’m hoping they add 3 floors to the lower portion, and then another 2-3 floors to the upper (thus balancing out aesthetically), with total floors at 80-81 and height 281m-285m. If only they'd make that announcement already!

Are your sources reliable? If an application is approved, normally the city website would just say "approved", rather than remove it... :confused: I hope you're right though!

I too would love an extra 3 floors added. However, the City of Toronto application status website no longer lists the application for 3 extra floors... Not sure, but the builder may have withdrawn this application. :(
