    That’s so weird! Almost like a brick relief pattern where the grout lines are extruded and the brick sections are recessed. Very interested to see the final colour treatment here.

    Taller! Less fun! More Grey! Happy that they are still contemplating brick here - sadly it has turned Toronto grey. Maybe they'll have a change of heart (supplier) and switch back to red when it comes time to build...

    Not much change - the very dark glass is a weird choice here, but the masonry looks nice Quite a few buildings on this stretch of Scollard seem to be getting renovated

    They have started putting cladding on the “box” at the top of the corner building - the panels are dark grey instead of the gold depicted in the render. Looks high quality but visually heavy. Was looking forward to the gold :(
