Hurray! Our city is getting built! Makes me smile when I get confirmation that a project is flyin'. Cuz when this boom is truly over, its not coming back for a long time, so we need a new stock of AAA buildings.

IF the current chaos is indicative of how the rest of the project will be both during and after construction, I suggest all right-thinking buyers who value their hard earned money find a way out of the agreement to purchase. The writing is on the wall, baby. No turnin' back. Grab your cash...

Have enough red flags been raised? Are there any buyers on this forum that have requested their money back as yet? There must be a clause in the sales agreement that could be invoked - someone suggested a change in potential maintenance fees which can be argued as a significant...

I have heard varying numbers from 10 000 to 35 000 new units. Does anyone have a credible source to determine this number, with a breakdown by zone: Core, North York, Lakeshore etc.

This one is history. We all knew it way back when.... The land will be sold, Tridel or some other cash rich developer will develop it as a two tower scheme.

This project is an all-round winner in my estimation: Superb location, Decent architecture, wide Variety of unit-sizes should result in an intersting mix of residents, above-average space planning in the units themselves, competent Interior Designers, Landscape Architect on the consulting...
