The landlord and Goodlife came to an agreement and Goodlife is now staying. That will bring a lot of foot traffic back to the Danforth when Phase 3 begins.

The Serano Cafe will most likely be on the smaller size. The owners of Serano Bakery needed additional space and had intended to use the new building as a back up factory. However they had to add a small cafe to meet the zoning bylaw for minimum square footage.
