I wonder how often the waist high mullions are settled on because of the inclusion of balconies on so many of our residential buildings. I feel as though the developers feel like they can 'get away with it' or it will at least be less visible if the balcony railings align with the mullions on...

FYI - it was mentioned on Allied's Q4 earnings call that they intend to submit the rezoning application for this development by early Q2 or late Q1. 500k square feet of office space between this development, their Bathurst St assembly and another property in Montreal.

Don't forget we'll also be getting the first glimpse of the glass block facade on one of these buildings. Will serve as a very interesting precursor for KING Toronto!

This type of construction is just insanely cool. 🤓 We're privileged to be able to get such constant progress shots of it, I (and I'm sure the whole forum) really do appreciate it Benito!

Not sure what to read into this, but Clark Construction Management no longer lists The One as a current project of theirs: https://www.clarkconstructionmgt.com/projects-2. I recall someone mentioning some rumours a few pages back, though it looks like progress hasn't slowed down or stopped at all?

A couple final features that we've yet to see in action that I'm looking forward to: The building signage...will CIBC do some sort of more muted rebranded signage here as discussed several pages ago or will we get the garish red and yellow logos on every face of the crown? The diamond lighting...

Does anyone know where I can find the architectural plans for this building? There is only a revision posted on the City of Toronto's portal which only shows the parking. I've seen this happen with other projects in the past which is rather frustrating. Are previous copies archived somewhere...

I noticed a bunch of markings on the ground in front of this site now and there has been some recent movement on the permits - many of them are 'issuance pending' except for this one: I'm not well versed in permit speak, does this mean construction is possible soon?

South face. Since this is curtain wall I'd assume it's shadow boxed spandrel and at least not the disgusting variety of it we usually see East face will have spandrel for sure, but doesn't look like it'll be egregious

According to the plans all of the towers are majority curtain wall (at least the north/south faces). The finishing on 10 York is probably a good comparison?

The second crane base has been poured at the west end of the site - I expect we'll see it put up within the next week or so.
