I agree - honestly I think this rendering is just much more true to the previously filed SPA (via the development portal): South side: East side: You can pretty clearly see the cladding change on the point here in addition to balconies running quite high on the east and south sides.

Based on the materials cited in the SPA the entire residential tower is to be terracotta paneled curtain wall with punched windows too - seems pretty promising!

Pretty wild how long it's taking to finish up the detailing here. The black inset metal trim is going to really elevate this building (though it's already pretty great!) - let's hope it didn't get cut from the plan

From the architectural plans filed in December it looks like they're going for some sort of dissolving pattern as the metal panels make their way up as well. I'm cautiously optimistic :)
