They are definitely working on the 25 story tower. First photo is from September 2nd second photo is from the 15th. You can see some changes. not many but a few things are noticeable.

This is true, I was downtown today and there were crews working away on the tower on a Sunday.

I realize that, I still think it looks disjointed

My only thought is that I wish the Zig Zag pattern continued all the way down on the South Elevation like it does the east.it would look better especially from the escarpment, or the worst match the north elevation. something about the south elevation seems off.
