Considering that it's been mentioned earlier in the thread that this site will utilize construction hoists that are contained within the elevator shafts, and keeping in mind that the elevator shafts in the core of the tower don't reach the ground level because of the Definitely Not But Maybe...

The four (but more like seven) storey addition on the slab tower really looks gross. I can't say that I really see how it's a better result than the original proposed point tower addition...

I like the public space. Nice and shady, at least in the afternoon, lots of (comfortable) seating - things that I enjoy at least. If they can fix their tree issues and have them grow out for a few years it will be nice as the space grows with the remainder of the complex being completed. Here...
