    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

oh dear! Okay. Yes, I was contemplating the quality of the build of the townhouse. Nice in size, but a swift yank of the rail, and I felt like I could've ripped it off. ...i'm slowly giving up on the market. brutal.

King of the unsightly (Lamb on ugly condos)

I'm a first time home buyer. What makes 1000 King so terrible? It's not upscale like many of the other places...but the maintenance fees are so low that I was thinking that the trade-off may be worthwhile!

King of the unsightly (Lamb on ugly condos)

1000 King is not so bad. The maintenance fees are very low - under $300 for an 800 square foot apartment! I realize I'm reviving an incredibly old thread - but I just took a look today and wanted to see if there were any thoughts on the building. It's tempting, as the low fee makes it more...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

Any thoughts on the Brownstones? I've been poking at the area for awhile...the fees seem quite high and the build isn't the best...but the area is lovely and so is the space!

wellesley & sherbourne area...how is it

well that fits with my instinct, I was very hesitant to put an offer despite my agent's encouraging thoughts on the value. I'm not sure what properties those are - I'll have a look and see! Probably not if they haven't been showing up in my MLS searches

wellesley & sherbourne area...how is it

Both! I'm looking for a 2 br + 2 w. I've been having a tough time finding a place that I can fit within my budget, isn't a crummy build, and is in a decent area. I saw a couple of places around the area that I can afford, but skeptical of the return. I have fluctuating plans, so I'd like to rent...

wellesley & sherbourne area...how is it

I wanted to re-open this discussion, as it's been a few years. I'm considering buying property int his area - more around Parliament & Wellesley. I've noticed significant clean-up in the area over the past few years but I noticed that quite a few buildings are rentals. I am hesitant and was...
