From what I know (anyone correct me if I'm wrong) shoring are the supports that hold the dirt back during construction underground. I felt the Dec 2011 was very optimistic too, but I would love to hope that it is possible.

I work with many construction companies. I have asked many in the business, if the completion date of December 2011 is realistic, being that the project has not begun. I always get "Not Possible" !! It does SUCK !!!!
