Yes! The crane for upper west 1 was removed. The other two are still there.

They removed the crane now. I also got a notice letter from the builder saying no delays are expected.

Registered! The building got registered yesterday and final closing will be between April 18 - 21. Congratulations all my neighbours...!

Hi Solaris, The kitchen was fine. The problem was with the ceilings and the walls. Smooth ceiling was not completed. Pop corn cieling in bedrooms was damaged from beside the window line. However, the views were really nice, I believe Monarch started to get short on time and thats why...

Hi Jasper, My unit is on the 15th floor as well. It seems like you will be one of my future neighbours! AS far as the location concers, I believe that with all these projects being developed in the area there will be a big change and a lot of shops and facilities will be opening to serve...

Very nice pictures....does anyone know what is the prices now per square feet in these area? I believe that Panorama and WHC are more expensive then Quay west , aren't they? Thanks

The building will look great when it's completed. I am very happy with the way it shows and excited to see it after the glass is wrapped around the tower as well....

Thanks very much for the info. I think the tower had been sold out except for the penthouses and couple of units in the podium....right?
