is it just me... or do they build these Lago buildings extremely close to Ocean Club? It looks like they are so close to the point you can jump from Ocean Club's balcony to Lago's balcony? Thoughts?

I personally think it's a bad name change - but at least it's not changed to The Marginal Boulevard.

are they only selling the taller building units for now?

is it just me or they only have information on the main building (49 storeys). They barely have any information on the 5 floors building (by Lake Shore) and definitely 0 information on the 14-16 floors building (by Marine Parade).

is the construction on track for Nov 2014 completion? My expectation is June 2015 though.

oo.. I was always under the impression that it's Etobicoke. I know Etobicoke is under City of Toronto, but I thought we would still need to use Etobicoke when writing the address (ie. Casa Mendoza has their city as Etobicoke on their website). Nice to know we can use Toronto though! :)

I am gonna guess it's the new street since the main entrance will be off that street if I'm not mistaken. I wish the address has Toronto as its city instead of Etobicoke though. :(

could be ocean for ocean club. :) to top it off... it sounds luxurious (aka ocean drive in south beach). who gets to name roads anyway?

The OC website has changed from Final Pre-Construction Pricing to Under Construction. :)

i hope the second tower for lago won't happen. better for OC owners. :)
