You can go to the PDI office and speak with someone there. Although they have 120 days to fix items on your 30 day form, there are certain items they must fix right away. I imagine the heating system is one of them. They have signs that the heating elements are now on, I wonder if this means...

I don't think changing a parking spot is as easy as it is in an apartment building. Because you actually own the spot, its not like they can just tell you to start parking somewhere else. They would need to change title etc. Same thing for the locker.

It is loud when the windows are open when you are on the 2nd floor, especially when you are trying to sleep. My bigger concern is that this is the 3rd or 4th time in a month that it has happened.
