Im submitting my 30 day forms tomorrow, included with the PDI, which has a bunch of stuff on there that was not touched. Noone showed up to my unit in the past 29 days. I dont mind really since the items are cosmetic, but the passiveness is over, now im going to start being forthwright and direct.

Same w/ me price wise and cold water!!!! Theres a reason why spouts are put in! Col.forbin - if you see how it opens the bathroom, nice clean look, it was worth it for me.

Shower - I have one, but no toe, found it strange too. Why do you think they didnt put it in? Pool - 6 weeks? ha, I truly doubt it for it being usable this year, my guess is next spring.

Who here has some issues with the venting system? What I mean is, in the bedroom, there are noises, banging, not loud, but def some banging here and there coming from the hvac. Please let me know if you do or dont have any issues. Thanks folks.

Don't over think it, cause you might miss out. Rental properties will be in every building except maybe co-ops. if you want to see high percentage rentals, head down queens quay and pick a building. the yonge/finch area/sheppard area as well.

You may not be that far off - I asked and was quite direct with them for no holes in cabinets, no bathroom accessories, but in the end, they were there. 4 of my cabinets have holes, no handles!, just holes! annoying. Dont be surprised if it happens.

It is painted, not very well, but it is. I plan on doing something with it, paint wise, to not grab so much attention.
