Im a little peeved that between April 2009 to Aug 2010 there was 0% interest earned - for me its 497 days. The bank rate never reached zero - at the lowest point, banks were still paying 0.50

Does anyone elses bathroom fan when turned off sound like a wind tunnel? I was told the exterior air is coming in constantly, but sounds like a wind tunnel most of the time. Anyone else?

declaration and registration were done November 30th - building belongs to the builder. Unit transfer is Dec 21 - building transferred to unit holders
