    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Wow, nice work Traynor! This one is gonna be a true beast and really stand out more than I could ever imagine! It would be nice if we could get some more +200m towers along this stretch of Yonge street to balance this monster out.

    Toronto River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

Toronto needs more projects like this. This one is a true winner!

    Toronto Hullmark Centre | 167.94m | 45s | Tridel | Kirkor Architects

Outstanding so far!! Due to the similarity in massing I can't help but compare this to Aura. Aura would look so much better if it had the same glass as the condo tower at Hullmark. The glass is matching up nicely with the curtain wall on the retail portion and looks much higher end than Aura.

You make some very valid points agoraflaneur. Gehry is still working on the finer details such as cladding, which in his last interview, he indicated had not been decided on yet. I am hopeful that you are correct in your belief that this will be his masterpiece. Gehry has so many iconic...

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

I am going to go out on a limb here, but I am not overly impressed with these towers at this point. Grant it what we have seen thus far may not be fully indicative of what Mr. Gehry has in mind. Spruce Street in NYC is iconic, and I just don't get that vibe with these three towers. Maybe its the...

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

In the original press release, Mirvish stated that the museum would be 60,000 sq feet and will be operated as a non profit known as the Mirvish Collection. There was no mention of condo fees until his most recent interview. Obviously more details are needed to understand how condo fees would...

    Toronto Residences at the RCMI Condos | 134.72m | 42s | Tribute | Zeidler

This project looks great, and breaks from the typical cladding seen on most recent condos in the city. A fine addition to University Ave. and more than just filler. Nice work by Tribute to make the most of this project. I am hopeful that more developers will follow suit.

    Toronto Library District Condominiums + Toronto's 99th Library | ?m | 29s | Context Development | KPMB

I love this project so far. This is exactly what is needed, combined with the Toronto Housing Authority project next store, to add some much needed variation in colour. Hopefully all future projects in this neighborhood will continue the trend (such as Lumen) of anything other than just grey (as...

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

What about FCP? Built in '75 by the same architect (Stone) who designed the AON building in Chicago? This is an iconic Toronto building is it not?

Nice guess work innsert. It will be interesting to see how close you are to the official proposed heights once they are announced. On a different note, did anyone notice the strong similarity of the furthest North east tower (288m guesstimate) to HPs prominate Shangri La tower?

    Toronto Bay Adelaide Centre | 217.92m | 51s | Brookfield | KPMB

I am very excited to see this one break ground and for the final phase to begin. Although not the most exciting design, the materials will be top notch, and will add density, filling in this section of the skyline quite nicely. Speaking of the final phase, any word on when that one is slated to...

Nice work Innsert! Really balances out the CN tower and Oxford development.

Hey innsertnamehere. I am new to the forum for posting, but have been a long time follower. I really admire your 3d model work on Google and would love to see you do a render with this project to get an idea of the scale of this, particularly from the islands.

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

I couldn't agree more with balenciaga. Funds from the sale of the condos will cover the cost of constructing the museum (much like TIFF did with thier condo project). The operating costs of the museum should be covered by patrons. As this is a significant collection of art, one would think that...

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Wow, very interesting development. This will dramatically change the skyline view from the lake/islands with these towers appearing almost as tall as the CN Tower from that perspective. This will be an interesting one to watch.
