I don't think you need to do anything. I've been in the building for nearly 2 months, and still have not received anything from Enersource or Enbridge. I'm sure they will send a bill soon.

If you look back some messages on this board my estimate beforehand was almost exactly the amount I pay in maintenance fees. So that should be sufficient for estimating.

seems like the service card is just a notice that they came by to do some warranty or other service work... and you weren't around. Kind of like mail/parcel delivery type notice. Sounds like you have the option of letting them enter?? I didn't know they have copies of our keys though???
