The left elevator miraculously opened for me this evening and was working. Went to use the gym at 11, but of course, not able to gain access. Never received a reply to that yet. I guess people who live near the nosiest part of the building get to dictate use of the amenities for everyone else.

People running for this condo board should have to send something out in advance stating who they are and what they do and what they bring to the table. These names mean nothing to me, unless they are going to give a speach.

Is there central a/c in the building? That's the question. You should see it on the 4th floor, it's a sauna. I am sure all of the windows near the rooftop patio don't help.

Noticed it the other day when exiting at night. I think it's the main reason why the main entrance is so dark looking at night. I was off last week, so I was home when they came by for service for once. Got them to adjust my range outlet a bit, stove fits further back now.

Where did you shutoff the water from? I only see the shutoff valve for the dishwasher line under the sink. You would think they would install a shutoff valve for the sink under there too. They are only like $3 dollars. Is it the water valves in the laundry room?
