They left it in my unit yesterday since they were in there for something, I had a door knocker left the day prior. No idea what they did, like usual.

I finally received that blue boxed gift bag from Vandyk that were shown on their facebook page. Its a pushdown bottle opener, a mini toolset and a tiffany and co little dish thing. Everything has Vandyk printed on it. Found the dish on tiffancy and co site, $35.00

Thinking about using led strips controlled by a remote, but not sure if they will be bright enough.

I don't know why there are baseboard heaters anywhere. This is 2013, who installs that crap nowadays, not very energy efficient. We all got screwed with the one in the furnance rooms on the balcony.

I will probably vote for Nicholas and Jay based on them posting here, but would like to hear what Jay's experience is. Construction experience is good, but one of the 3 should have accounting/finance experience as well, in my opinion.

I don't know why Vandyk's contractors have even left the building. There are all kinds of little things left unfinished that are obviously never going to be completed by them. They will leave it up to property management to foot the bill now. Spotty paint jobs everywhere, caulking missing from...

Every floor should have the same thing as the lobby entrance, that long plant box with the lights in it and one large stand up plant, at least that stuff wouldn't go missing.

Wow. Yeah, I noticed all of the drip marks on the outside of them pretty regularly, but that's crazy. The 4th floor decorations by the elevator seem to be back again... weird.

Pretty sad if people are that hard up for furniture that they need to steal that stuff.

The person on the ground floor below my unit has a propane bbq, although it is a tiny little bottle one, more for camping, but still.

Not sure what the by-laws state for Mississauga or if its condo board specific, but yeah, haven't seen any other condos around which allow balcony bbqs. I think ours was allowed because of the natural gas hookups and the number of floors in the building. I didn't think propare were allowed...

I agree, that part turned me off. Having experience in condo evaluations seems nice, but I would like the person to actually be living here.
