A bit off topic.. but how long do you guys estimate this will take to complete? I purchased a unit in the adjacent King Blue building on the 28th floor and will be facing directly into Maverick. Wondering when my views (and sunlight) will be blocked out and if it makes sense to sell before.

Do city planners consider the close vicinity of surrounding buildings? Maverick is going to cast huge shadows and block out sunlight to the King Blue North Building.

So is this it? The fight to fully preserve the look and feel of restaurant row is lost? Anyone have any further details on this project? Is it likely they actually build a 40+ story condo tower?

Estimated occupancy is set for this summer.. From the pictures, it looks like the 40+ floor towers haven't even started construction, when do you guys think this will be done by?
