Mike in TO I agree with your comments, however the building a almost completly sold out. This entire area is attracting a lot of people and even though it might be risky I believe the builder is on 'sort of' solid ground.

Well, I just heard from a very reliable source that the Trump Tower will in fact be shut down for 6 months. Very disappointing news especially when we are seeing so much progress. I hope it's not true but the source is very reliable.

There is more to this then the residences. There were grants from both governments that need approval, the entire Hummingbird Centre was being remodelled/reshaped which requires funding. I believe there's more to this story. It's a shame as this will be 'the' most exciting project we will see...

This is so exciting, the model in the Globe looks terrific. This entire area in the next few years is going to transform into a beautiful area and 'expensive'.

I just hate those brown low cost ugly buildings in the front. How these ever got approved is beyond me. They do nothing for the skyline.

Casaguy I was wondering the same! Two very large cranes from what appears to be a small condo compared to others. I don't believe there are two cranes on the development just west of it (I believe that's West Harbour).

What floor are they at? I'm still having problems believing that this is going to be a few metres shy of the TD Centre!

thanks so much for the pics. I can see it now from the Gardiner but I'm having a problem seeing it as the same height as the Toronto Dominion Centre's tallest building.
