Are you that dense or desperate? OP original unit was a 2 BR + den, how on earth would you expect him to go for a 1BR?

If you are comparing both condos, a more realistic average condo price at Y & S is probably starts at $1350 for a 1BR with parking whereas the "same" unit downtown would cost ~$1500 w/o parking.

Things will most likely improve in that area after Shangri-La is built.
